  白煜, 副教授,副院长

  简介:

 白煜,副教授,学院副院长,苏州纳米科技协同创新中心-微纳机电制造专业中心副主任,中国微纳米学会会员;中国机械工程学会微纳米制造技术分会高级会员,主要从事有产业应用前景的纳米技术研究工作,致力于推动学术成果的产业化。研究方向为半导体薄膜材料,微纳传感器件等,曾在多个学术会议做学术报告,并担任知名学术期刊,如应用物理 JAP),物理通讯(APL),美国材料学会杂志审稿人。
