先进传感器研究所

研究所简介:

    先进传感器研究所由学院名誉院长、中国工程院院士蒋庄德教授担任学术带头人,以微纳米先进传感器件的研发为基础,采取“学术研究项目中试孵化产业服务”的链条模式,推动相关科技成果转化和产业化。同时,结合区域生产发展需求,加强与地区相关企业的紧密合作,开展针对于企业发展的定制化研发工作,形成企业与研究机构间的互动机制。加速推动苏州工业园区打造全国领先的MEMS产业创新生态系统和产业集群的发展。

研究成果

l  开展了“高温压力传感器关键技术”等行业关键技术的协同攻关,取得了多项微纳传感器领域产品化技术突破;“耐高温溅射薄膜压力传感器技术”等一系列技术进入苏州工业园区MEMS中试平台进行产业孵化;

l  与苏州工业园区纳米产业技术研究院共同推进建立了江苏省纳米技术产业创新中心“微纳制造技术研究所”,“江苏省微纳制造创新中心” 并获得省经信委支持.

l  赵立波教授获得了国家技术发明二等奖,以及全国优秀科技工作者称号.

   The Advanced Sensor Institute is led by professor Jiang Zhuangde, the honorary President of our college and academician of the Chinese academy of engineering. Based on the research and development of advanced micro and nano sensor devices, the institute adopts the chain model of “academic research -- pilot project -- industrial service” to promote the transformation and industrialization of related scientific and technological achievements. Furthermore, the institute carry out customized r&d for enterprise development, in order to satisfy the regional industrial development demands and strengthen the cooperation with relevant regional enterprises, and form an interactive mechanism between enterprises and research institutions. The development of the institute could  accelerate the suzhou industrial park to build a national leading MEMS industrial innovation ecosystem and industrial cluster.

Main projects:
Ø research and development of advanced micro and nano sensor devices
Ø chain model of  “academic research -- pilot project -- industrial service”
Ø customized r&d for enterprise development
 
l Achievement: 
Ø Carried out the Key Technology of High Temperature Pressure Sensors and achieved breakthroughs in industrial development of micro-nano sensors.
Ø  Established the “Micro-Nano Manufacturing Technology Research Institute”,  “Jiangsu  Micro-Nano Manufacturing Innovation Center” and received the support of the Provincial  Economic and Information Committee.
Ø Professor Zhao Libo won the second prize of national technical invention and the title  of national outstanding scientific and technological workers.
Ø A series of technologies such as "high temperature resistant sputtering film  pressure sensor  technology" entered the MEMS pilot test platform of Suzhou  Industrial Park for industrial incubation.
